My Approach to Portraits

Portraits are a visual representation of people. They can vary in subject, background, style, color and many more; but they all have one thing in common: telling a story. No matter if the person I am photographing is a Brazilian high school senior cheerleader in the US, an American high school varsity basketball player or an international professional journalist; I always strive to accurately reflect people’s personality, fashion or sport, but above all, story.
